Consent & Opt-In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Arti Pandya contact form at premierhomespros.com, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Premier Homes and Arti Pandya at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may opt in by submitting a form on our website, texting a keyword to our number, or providing verbal consent to Arti Pandya.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. You may receive up to 4 messages per week from Arti Pandya. Message volume may increase during active property searches or transaction periods.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Arti Pandya and Premier Homes are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Arti Pandya. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Premier Homes and Arti Pandya unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to Terms

Premier Homes and Arti Pandya reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
